I understand that the prospective groom was bringing into the marriage a house, garden and field, which real estate he had taken possession of for 500 Rhenish guilders, but the rest is unclear about the inheritance. The information apparently comes from a legal deed of conveyance, dated 6 April 1830, which was presented to the court. I think the word "innengeblieben" is the key to the problem here.

Kept/Withheld as an inheritance (part)

Explanation:
I believe innenbleiben in this case means to keep/to withhold or to remain: 51% remained inheritance

innenbleiben /ihm als Erbtheil innengeblieben
reserve /reserved to him - personally - as a share of inheritance

Explanation:
I agree with Marcel R's idea, but think it could be expressed differently.

On a possible future inheritance, the notional Erbteil might have been brought into 'hotchpot' with, so angerechnet/ credited against/ the Pflichtteil as an automatic entitlement of next-of-kin.

The figures might be 51% fr. 'only' > possibly as a fractional percentage with the bride taking 49% and equivalent to 6⅔ as a fractional balance, the bride taking 6⅓ out of a carve-up of the estate into 13 parts? odd, but not unknown even nowadays, though I would have expected 3⅓ on a split into 10 parts > o. rsk./ ohne Restriktion > unconditionally, depending on such indecipherable handwriting etc.

Example sentence(s):
  • Entrenched portion > § 774 ABGB/ AUT Gen. Civ.

Notes to answerer
Asker: In the meantime, I think I figured out the abbreviations, which refer to monetary units, so--based on your interpretation--I think the passage reads: "which real estate the same has taken possession of for five hundred Rhenish guilders, of which only 51 Rhenish guilders and 6⅔ kreutzer remain as his hereditary portion, according to the presented legal deed of conveyance dated the 6th of April 1830..."
