English term or phrase: Are the endings correct here?
I am reading a sentence translated from English into Hungarian and it seems to me that there are a couple of endings missing:

ENGLISH: In the BCR-P context it is usually the company which is collecting Personal Data from you;

HUNGARIAN: Az adatfeldolgozókra vonatkozó kötelező erejű vállalati szabályok tekintetében ez általában a személyes adatok begyűjtő vállalat jelenti.

Shouldn't it be "adatokAT" and "vállalatOT"?

Dehogynem

Explanation:

további felhasználásának a lehetetlenné tétele. Fényképek, kép- és hangfelvételek készítése illetve olyan fizikai
jellemzők rögzítése, amelyek felhasználhatók egy személy azonosítására (pl. ujjlenyomat, tenyérlenyomat, DNS-minta,
íriszleolvasás) szintén adatkezelésnek tekintendők.

agree  Sándor Hamvas: Ez "az adatokat kezelő vállalat", vagy "az adatokat kezelő vállalatot jelenti". De hasznos lenne tudni, mit takar az "it".

  -> Köszönöm szépen!

disagree  Peter Simon: Bocs, Erzsi, de Sándor bejegyzése után arra kell jutnom, hogy a megoldásod félreérti az eredeti mondatszerkezetet. Ld. a bejegyzésemet. Az adatkezelésben bizonyára igazad van, vagy nincs, de most nem igazán fontos.

  -> Szerintem túlbonyolítottad; olvasni mások is tudnak.

neutral  Péter Tófalvi: A válasz kb. jó, bár kérdés, hogy miféle adatkezelőről van szó. AZ EU-an az adatkezelő kizárólag a data controller. Ő felel jogilag a kezelt adatokért. Magát a tárolást, feldolgozást stb. akár alvállalkozókra is bízhatja.
17 hrs
  -> Tévedsz. A tároló és a feldolgozó IS adatkezelő. Nekem nincs időm erre, Péter.

nem

Explanation:
Az, hogy "ez általában a személyes adatok begyűjtő vállalat jelenti", értelmetlen, teljesen értelmetlen, helyesen olyasmi, hogy "ez általában a személyes adatokat begyűjtő vállalatot jelenti". Azonban a mondatot is másként fordítanám, pl. valahogy úgy, hogy "Az adatfeldolgozókra vonatkozó kötelező erejű vállalati szabályok tekintetében a személyes adatokat általában a vállalat szerzi be Öntől." Bár ezzel a fordítással is bizonyára lehet vitatkozni, azért a kérdésre a válasz határozottan: NEM!

No, the endings are incorrect. (And so is the English sentence.)

Explanation:
Olga, you are right: those two endings in the Hungarian sentence are incorrect.
As other have noted already, the correct endings are those that you proposed: "a személyes adatokat begyűjtő vállalatot jelenti".
The reason I am writing this separate answer is to point out that the English sentence is incorrect. The mistake in the English sentence caused some confusion among my colleagues, resulting in different opinions on its Hungarian translation, as a whole.
In my opinion, the Hungarian translation is acceptable, except for those endings.
The English sentence is incorrect, because instead of "which", the author should have used "that". It is a common error, even among native speakers.
Here is an excellent explanation about the difference between "which" and "that", and the difference between non-restrictive and restrictive (defining) clauses.
https://www.grammarly.com/blog/which-vs-that/
In this sentence, we have a defining clause, therefore, "that" is needed.
When I looked at this sentence, I suspected it is a definition of some noun in a glossary type of list.
This suspicion of mine was confirmed when I found the actual source document, here:
https://assets.ext.hpe.com/is/content/hpedam/documents/a0006...
On Page 10:
"1.7 Main Definitions
...
Enterprise Customer: means a corporate customer of the HPE Group;
In the BCR-P context it is usually the company which is
collecting Personal Data from you;"
Again, this English sentence is incorrect, the author incorrectly used "which".
It should be:
"In the BCR-P context it is usually the company that is collecting Personal Data from you;"
The same mistake can be seen all over the entire document: the author uses "which" in many cases where "that" should be used. It is pretty horrific, actually.

Here is another, very obvious mistake on he same page:
"European Economic Area (or EEA) means the zone of economic cooperation known as the European Economic Area and those countries which are participants in such zone, collectively;"
"which" is incorrect, "that" would be needed there.

neutral  Peter Simon: It doesn't change the end result, but this is based on AM EN usage, not general or GB EN. It seems an EU doc, so "which" in the last quote is absolutely correct, but not AM. See my discussion entry.
