le motif de ce refus: "colis abimé" ou "X articles manquants" ou "X articles cassés", faire un constat de spoliation et prendre contact immédiatement avec nos services

è una dichiarazione da rilasciare al corriere quando si constata che il pacco è danneggiato o mancano pezzi ecc.... ma non ho idea in italiano del termine tecnico.
Ho trovato solo "dichiarazione di espoliazione" ma una sola volta e temo sia traduzione automatica.
