My understanding is repetitive requests is a symptom of autism. Here they are saying there are no such requests, nor requests for objects or requests for help from the child. So this is indicative of something. Like really bad autism for example. Oversimplifying things here.

Le cas échéant, ça ne change pas grand chose: it still means that she’s not asking for objects nor asking to repeat a game/action (whatever it is they are talking about!) or asking repeatedly for the same thing or for help.

Recurrent : Occurring often or repeatedly.

Par ailleurs, si vous jugez que "repeated requests" ne s’applique pas parce qu’il ne s’agit pas de "demandes récurrentes", vous avez le même problème avec "redundant requests", puisqu’ils ne s’agit pas non plus de demandes redondantes, non?

She’s not asking for equipment nor for regular/repeated (medical) appointments/consultations/examinations (whatever it is they are talking about) or assistance/services
