This is a Letter of Intent for On-site Test and Subsequente Engagement

The letter was sent by a Company called SERTECPET that seeks to offer its services to an Angolan Oil Company

STPECU seeks to provide Company with certain services through our local agente, which include, but are not limited to, artificial lifting and
ancillary assistance. Company currently utilizes piston pumps in its assest though, given the advantages displayed by STPECU’s technology, is formally evaluating replacing the former with Jet Claw® pumps (hereinafter “Equipment”) manufactured and owned by STPECU.

To that effect, the aforesaid replacement shall be subject to a condition precedent, namely a positive on-site test (hereinafter “Test”) on the basis of “no cure, no
harm”, to be conducted in the field[s] that Company identifies in due course and pursuant to the terms and conditions depicted herein

Caso tenha liberdade criativa na tradução, eu sugeria adotar o provérbio "para/a grandes males, grandes remédios".
Não sei se é possível, mas é a minha sugestão, uma vez que não encontrei uma tradução consagrada ou adotada.
A ordem das palavras ("cure"/"harm") está invertida para não se perder o provérbio subjacente.
