We would appreciate some help here please:

PLAN:
Hoy se ha iniciado el mestinon 1/2 comprimido en desayuno y comida.
Veremos evolución clínica.
Continúa con radioterapia.
Hipertensión arterial hoy, dejo rescates.

PLAN:
Mañana probaremos con prueba de hielo y si existe respuesta clínica para pautar mestinon.
En cualquier caso si empeoramiento clínico priorizaremos sobre control sintomático.
Parece que está tomando quetiapina de la noche.
Si precisara de rescate haloperidol en gotas o quetiapina extra Paciente y familia informados.

PLAN:
Aumento levetirazetam.
Si empeoramiento priorizar medidas de control.
Informados de mal pronóstico.
Suspendo insulina lantus, solo de rescate.

PLAN:
Aumento insulina glargina
Captopril de rescate
