Bonjour,

dans un article scientifique, je rencontre l'expression "manifest hypertension" : il s'agit du stade clinique après évolution de la préhypertension en hypertension.
Je me demande s'il est correct de parler d'"hypertension manifeste" en français (car je trouve relativement peu de références avec cette terminologie) ou si le terme d'"hypertension" uniquement ne serait pas plus approprié (mais je ne voudrais pas non plus passer à côté d'une notion importante).

Merci d'avance pour tout élément de réponse qui pourrait me permettre de faire avancer ma réflexion.
