sempre a proposito di questa sentenza c'è questa frase alla fine che io avrei reso nel seguente modo: "a seguito di disputa orale in sede pubblica".

A parte che non sono molto convinto di questa traduzione, ma è soprattutto il termine Streitverhandlung che non mi è chiaro. Qualche suggerimento?
