Hi everybody,

The items below are part of the responsibilities of the Consultant:

a. La Consultora será responsable por cualquier tipo de accidente que le suceda a la persona que contrate y correrá por su cuenta la solución del mismo.

b. La Consultora deberá responder por toda clase de solicitudes, procesos, demandas, contratos, reclamos y gastos relacionados con su personal.

c. La Consultora atenderá de inmediato tal solicitud, quedando entendido que tal situación no significa en forma alguna, la **anulación o negación** de cualquiera de las responsabilidades y obligaciones de la Consultora.

Translation:
The Consultant shall immediately respond to such request, on the understanding that said situation does not involve whatsoever the abdication of any responsibility and obligation on the part of the Consultant.

By the way "La Consultora" is not a consulting company/firm but a female consultant.

Present participles make work better than nouns. Otherwise, disavowal of responsibilities is rather vague.
