Esta vez me encuentro traduciendo un documento de carácter legal:

CONSTANCIA DE INSCRIPCION emitida por el Departamento de Registros y Control de Asociaciones del Ministerio de Gobernación y publicada en la Gaceta Diario Oficial Número ..., el [fecha]; donde consta en el folio ... la inscripción de la entidad extranjera, que integra y literalmente dice:

“CONSTANCIA DE INSCRIPCION”. EL suscrito Director del Departamento de Registro y Control de Asociaciones del Ministerio de Gobernación. HACE CONSTAR. Que bajo el Número Perpetuo ...., Tomo: ...., Libro PRIMERO (1º), de Registro de Asociaciones de este Departamento lleva a cargo, se inscribió la entidad Extranjera originaria de Estados Unidos denominada XYZ. Conforme autorización de Resolución del día [fecha]. Este documento **es exclusivo para publicarse** en la Gaceta, Diario Oficial.

Reconozco que tengo un poco de experiencia traduciendo documentos legales pero nunca me había topado con esta expresión. Alguna sugerencia.

Observación: El abogado/persona que redactó el documento hace un uso excesivo del punto y seguido.

It looks like there is a proble in the original in that the sentence that begins with "Este" should really be a continuation of the previous sentence. The Spanish "es exclusivo para publicarse" also looks peculiar, at least to my eye.

I assume here that *Gaceta* is in this case the name of the *Diario Oficial* in question (i.e., given that *Gaceta* and *Diario Oficial* are - as far as I know - synonyms.
