Hola nuevamente:

Muchas gracias

Claudia

ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY or WORKPLACE PSYCHOLOGY are more frequently used, but:

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics projects employment opportunities in psychology will continue to grow at a 19% over the next decade (2014-2024), for people with advanced degrees, in career areas such as schools, hospitals, social service agencies and consulting firms and private companies. Several subspecialties exist in this field, from school psychology, institutional psychology, school counseling, human resources, etc. These subspecialties are not clinical psychology degrees, which require licensure and certification; but, are degrees which allows students to seek positions in schools, businesses and private companies.
