Human Resources / Training procedure at an aluminum smelter
French term or phrase: doublage
This is a proposed collective agreement for unionized workers at an aluminum smelter.

In the section on training:

- Formation d’accueil dans le secteur;
- Formation théorique, observation et essais pratiques;
- Mise en application pratique des acquis et ***doublage*** avec un équipier qualifié;
- Entrainement autonome à la fonction;
- Titularisation

It would appear that the trainee is "pairing up" with a team mate but not sure.
