in Brazil there is a web of bodies that oversee public education:
"Delegacias Regionais de Ensino, DRE" under the supervision of "Coordenadoria de Ensino do INterior -CEI", which in turn, answer to "SEcretaria de Estado de Educação- SEE", which is finally linked to "Ministério da Educação". There is also " CNE - Conselho Nacional de Educação"
I dont know what to do about " Coordenadoria de Ensino do Interior"

(regional) education bureau? = "Delegacias Regionais de Ensino"
so, (regional) education council = Coordenadoria de Ensino (do Interior)????

I found "Office of Rural Education", however I know that "do interior" just means it is not responsible for the capital of the state...

So, any suggestion will be much appreciated, thank you!

This is the Education Office for a Brazilian state. (I assume it is São Paulo, but the translator should check with the author as this could vary between states).
In São Paulo, we also have COGSP - Greater São Paulo Education Office which includes the capital city.
As mentioned, there are education divisions, which in the capital are known as DRECAP 1, 2 and 3. Each of these has several 'delegacias de ensino' such as the 18th DE in Veleiros, where I conducted research while at University.
