Pro anfallender Q-Meldung (Prüfbericht, Lackfehler, Defekteintrag) wird zusätzlich zu den ggf. aufkommenden Materialkosten eine Bearbeitungspauschale von derzeit 39,00 EUR für die entstehenden Aufwendungen der Reklamation bei der XXX berechnet.
Sollte kein n.i.O.-Material zum Lieferanten zurückfließen, so wird zur Dokumentation des Fehlers auf jeden Fall ein sogenannter Defekteintrag seitens des Fehlerentdeckers vorgenommen
