i think this is the closest useable term, if you prefer that to the explanatory "deep tendon reflexes"

i guess you could explain the term once and then use the abbreviation OTR in the rest of the text?

if it's not a repeated term and you you're not looking for a translation of the abbreviation then you can either use "osteotendinous reflexes" or "deep tendon reflexes", depending on the target audience imo (without the "billateral symmetric")
