Ansonsten würde ich es mit Studienfach oder -schwerpunkt übersetzen. Die Klammer deshalb, da das Praktikum evtl. während oder auch nach dem Studium gemacht werden kann, wenn der Praktikant noch kein abgeschlossenes Studium hat. In untenstehendem Link wird übrigens auch von "mentions" im Sinne von Studiengängen gesprochen. Da das frz. und dt.
