Hello all,
This comes from the articles of association of a Société Privée à Responsabilité Limitée. Given the nature of the company I'm not sure whether associé should be shareholder, partner or member. Grateful for any input on this.

  -> No it wouldn't: limited companies don't have "members", at least not in the UK // Well, that's a new one on me. Certainly not a term that's in remotely common usage.
