Dá-se o nome de pavilhão, ou simplesmente orelha concha auditiva, à concha cartilaginosa situada na parte lateral da cabeça, destinada a recolher as ondas sonoras. Facilmente se reconhecem no pavilhão, várias saliências: a lóbulo hélice, que circunscreve o pavilhão; a ante-hélice, em frente à hélice; o trago adiante do buraco auditivo; o antítrago, atrás; e o lóbulo na parte inferior do pavilhão.
