Continuo trabajando con el documento legal y tengo otra consulta. A continuación, un extracto de la sección que contiene mi duda y mi traducción de dicha parte:

Cualquier parte de la Contribución que no haya sido utilizada al finalizar el Proyecto, con arreglo **a lo que figure** en el informe financiero final, será notificada a ABC para determinar el uso del mismo, considerando los requisitos del Donante. Cualquier interés que genere la contribución, si existiere, será acreditado en las cuentas de la XYZ como ingresos misceláneos

Translation
Any part of the Contribution that has not been used at the end of the Project, in accordance with ... the final financial report, ABC will be notified thereof to determine the way funds will be used taking into account the Donor's requirements. Any interest earned by the contribution, if any, will be credited to XYZ's accounts in the form of miscellaneous income.

Anteriormente he tenido la oportunidad de trabajar con documentos legales y por lo que he observado en éste, la persona que redactó el documento utiliza bastantes términos generales, como "a lo que figure".
