Además de la traducción de : interdicción legal" lo que me interesa saber es con qué verbo podría relacionar dicho término, porque a mi parecer al traducir al inglés tengo que especificar qué acción ejerce el término "interdicción legal".

As I can't tell what comes next, you might need either "ABC has" or "there is".

"ABC guarantees to XYZ that ABC has all the legal and operating requirements and that it has/there is no legal impediment..."

I would be most surprised if it meant "interdiction," which, in English, is a term usually associated either with family law or an action designed to prevent something.
