Optei por "rapadura" porque é um produto bem conhecido no BR. Poderia também ser "melado". Tiquinho é uma porção de nada, uma bobagem (BR). Se quiser manter o valor "pecuniário", use "um vintém de ~". Vintém é um quase nada de dinheiro.
