agree  Zdenek Mrazek: Řekl bych, že je to skoro určitě tak! Vzpomínám si na to z vlastní zkušenosti z práce v pobočce společnosti Siemens v Německu. Tehdy mě to tam jako tlumočníka na chvíli zaujalo.

Explanation:
Zvolil bych jednu z těch tří možností podle ostatního textu. A protože se očividně jedná o pracovní smlouvu, držel bych se pevně toho "zaměstnance". Druhou variantu mně strejda Google ukazuje jako zastaralou, ta třetí je sice používaná, ale pro účely právního textu nepřesná.

A v dané větě bych s první variantou hned pokračoval: "zaměstnanci v řemeslných odborech malířství a lakýrnictví..."

Ale hlavně bych odstranil z prvního navrhovaného řešení ten přeťuk a napsal "zaměstnanci v řemeslných oborech..."

Explanation:
Pracovníci podniku se dělí na tzv.kaufmännische Mitarbeiter /v ČJ zkratka THP/ a gewerbliche Mitarbeiter /dělníci/. V kontextu výše nemá nic společného s živností.

agree  Zdenek Mrazek: Ano, je to tak. I tak to je. "Mitarbeiter" (pracovníci) jsou z pohledu zevnitř toho podniku. "Arbeitnehmer" (zaměstnanci) jsou spíš navenek, jsou tak nazýváni např. ve své pracovní smlouvě. Tak nějak to je. Zkratka "THP": technicko-hospodářští pracovníci.
