Explanation:

Je n'ai jamais rencontré une telle abréviation dans les recettes de cuisine. "c. à c. (cuillère à café) et "c.à s." (cuillère à soupe) oui. Mais ça n'est à l'évidence pas ce dont il s'agit ici puisqu'il manque une partie de l'abréviation.

En toute logique il ne peut s'agir que d'une abréviation dont sens est "ce qu'il faut de" = la quantité qu'il faut de.



P.S.

A/C me fait penser aux abréviations utilisées à l'époque des SMS où des initiales formaient (phonétiquement) un mot. Dans notre cas cela pourrait correspondre au mot "assez" (abbastanza), donc toujours le même sens : quanto basta.
