English term or phrase: as such
Proszę o podpowiedź znaczenia "as such" na końcu (w nawiasie) zdania:

For the purposes of present order an Associated Person means any person (including directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives or other intermediaries) who fulfills assignments or renders services for or on behalf of the party (when fulfilling such assignments, rendering such services of performing other actions as such).

Moje pytanie dotyczy przede wszystkim tego, czy "as such" dotyczy tylko "other actions" czy całości w nawiasie.

Zdanie pochodzi z części Postanowienia ogólne w potwierdzeniu zamówienia na dostawę towarów - ustęp poświęcony przepisom antykorupcyjnym.

Dziękuję.

neutral  Eliza Hall: As a US lawyer, I don't think it's that narrow. It includes but isn't limited to them. It's any Associated Person, not just those in the first parenthetical.

-> I am looking forward to seeing the discussion. It is great to have a legal professsional weigh in on this question. The first thing to decide is what is the antecedent of "as such;" then we can decide how to render it in proper legalese.
