German term or phrase: ABTESTAT / ANTESTAT
It is a record card / certificate for concluding a university. I found the following definitions but would like to know if there is one word to describe those terms in English. Thank you in advance

Abtestat: professor’s signature certifying that the student has attended the whole course

Antestat: professor’s signature in student’s record book at the beginning of lectures

Antestat / Abtestat
Häufig beginnen insbesondere Praktika mit sogenannten Antestaten, bei denen Inhalte des abzuleistenden Praktikums schriftlich oder mündlich abgeprüft werden. Nur, wer das Antestat besteht, darf am Praktikum teilnehmen. Ähnlich ist es mit Abtestaten, die am Ende des Praktikums stattfinden. Studierenden, die das Abtestat nicht bestehen, wird das Praktikum nicht anerkannt und es muss wiederholt werden. Voraussetzung ist also eine gute inhaltliche Vorbereitung.
