French term or phrase: en frais privilégies de la liquidation judiciaire
Hello all,
I'm translating a court judgement on winding-up proceedings. I'm not sure how to phrase "l'emploi des dépens en frais privilégies de la liquidation judiciaire" in the following. Does it mean that payment of court costs must be prioritised? Grateful for any help.
Le tribunal:
..........
Rappelle que le présent jugement est exécutoire de plein droit ;
Ordonne l'emploi des dépens en frais privilégies de la liquidation judiciaire ;

We don't seem to have a standard term to describe this so here is a suggestion based on an article but you could use other expressions

Explanation:
Yes I think it means the court costs will have priority over other debts. It could also mean the liquidator's costs and possibly both.
