English term or phrase: termination of telephony minutes
This is from a description of IP Clearinghouses:
"Their core business and expertise lies in providing a single point of contact for termination of telephony minutes worldwide, ensuring quality of service, settlement services, bandwidth provision and delivering enhanced IP telephony services to your members."
I'm not entirely sure what they mean by "termination" in this context - any suggestions gratefully received. Thanks!

Explanation:
This is a difficult one. I know Anschluss sounds weird in this context, but I did look at the web site you refer to (there's only one that'll come up if you enter the entire phrase into a search engine), and poked around a bit. It really does seem to refer to their offering one termination point (even though they say they offer more than just a termination point).

The way I interpret this sentence (as well as the other info presented on the various pages) is that the 'telephony minutes worldwide' all come together into this one gateway, if you will, for the other providers.
Maybe Übergabe oder Übergabepunkt might work here, too - just another thought.

termination - Anschluss (Festverbindung), Abschluss, Endverschluss (EVs)
[v. Renouard]
termination point or terminating point - Anschlusspunkt [v. Renouard], Zielpunkt [Ferretti]

Hope this helps at least a little.
