se deberá interpretar

English translation: shall not be construed as

Spanish to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law (general) / business contract
Spanish term or phrase: se deberá interpretar
I think there is a "no" missing in the following sentence - ie shouldn't it be "NO se deberá interpretar"

"La renuncia o indulgencia o tolerancia, por cualquiera de las PARTES, ante un incumplimiento de cualquier disposición del presente contrato por la otra parte, se deberá interpretar como una renuncia, indulgencia o tolerancia frente a incumplimientos de dicha disposición, ni tampoco como una renuncia, indulgencia o tolerancia del propio incumplimiento"

Or am I misunderstanding it?

Many thanks
