Se for um texto que tenha a ver com o assunto, "wraparoud days" seriam os dias em que a pessoa se dedicou a essa assistência e que contariam nessas folgas.

Aqui vai a minha sugestão de acordo com a informação recebida do Sindicato dos Pilotos...

ACORDO DE FéRIAS DE VERãO[1]

Os pilotos têm direito a um período de 12 dias de descanso constituído
por dias de férias e dias de folga circundantes (vd. 10.4), entre 1 de
Maio e 30 de Setembro.

Este período não será alocado automaticamente e, portanto, os pilotos
deverão solicitar o mesmo, caso contrário a easyJet assumirá que o
piloto não pretende utilizar este direito. Assim, uma solicitação de
pelo menos 6 dias de férias, não especificados, entre 1 de Maio e 30
de Setembro necessita de ser realizada para que tal seja garantido.

De forma a poderem qualificar-se para obter este direito, os pilotos
necessitam de estar na respetiva base no momento da abertura do
período de marcação de férias e ao abrigo de um contrato de trabalho
português.

SUMMER[1] LEAVE AGREEMENT

Pilots will be entitled a period of 12 days free from duty made up
from Leave and Wrap Days Off, during the period between 01st May –
30th September.

This period will not be allocated automatically and therefore pilots
need to bid for this, otherwise easyJet will assume that pilots opt
out of this entitlement. Therefore, a non- specific bid for at least 6
days leave between 1st May – 30th September would need to be placed
for this to be guaranteed.

In order to qualify, pilots will need to be in base at the time of the
leave bidding stage and on a permanent Portuguese Contract.
DIAS DE DESCANSO CIRCUNDANTES[1]

Os dias de folga circundantes (“Wrap Days Off” - WDO) integram o
direito legal dos pilotos a dias de descanso anuais e são sempre
alocados antes e depois de dias de férias.

Uma vez que os WDO são alocados durante a fase de planeamento das
escalas, os mesmos apenas estarão visíveis 6 semanas antes do período
de férias ter início, desde que tal período tenha um número mínimo de
dias de férias nos termos abaixo definidos.

O sistema de WDO apenas será aplicável aos pilotos em escala FRV ou a
bloco de férias alocados durante o período de reserva dos pilotos em
escala fixa 5-4.

Até Outubro de 2017 os pilotos irão permanecer no sistema de WDOs
constante do acordo assinado em 21 de Outubro de 2014 com o aditamento
de 26 de Janeiro de 2015. A partir de Outubro de 2017 o referido
acordo cessará na parte respeitante aos WDOs e todos os pilotos na
bases Portuguesas (LIS e OPO), bem como em qualquer outra base
Portuguesa que venha a existir no futuro, terão os WDOs alocados nos
seguintes termos:

WRAP[1] DAYS OFF (WDO)

The wrap days off form part of the Pilot’s legal days-off entitlement
and are placed around the annual leave booked.

As wrap days are allocated in the planning stage of the roster build
and will not appear until 6 weeks before the leave commences, provided
the minimum criteria stated below are met.

The wrap day system is exclusively applicable to Pilots operating
under full time FRV or to blocks of leave booked in the reserve
periods for pilots on fixed pattern.

Until October 2017 the pilots will remain on the current WDO’s system
as detailed in the agreement signed on 21st October 2014 and its
amendment on 26th January 2015. From October 2017, the referred leave
agreed will expire in the part referring to WDO and all pilots in the
existing Portuguese bases (LIS, OPO) or any other future full time
base will have their wrap days assigned either side of leave as follows:
