A veggie burger has never been easier to make, and these are so delicious too!!
Ingredients
Sliders:
4 large beets (roughly the size of your fist) roasted and peeled
1 tablespoon EV Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Horseradish Avocado Cream
1 Avocado
2-3 teaspoons prepared Horseradish (to taste, add more for spicier, less for mild)
1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
To Serve
Buns (about 10 slider buns)
Kale Chips (optional side)

Instructions
Sliders
Slice the beets into ¼ to ½ inch thick slices (rounds)
On a griddle, add the olive oil and beet rounds
Cook until they start to caramelize, about 10 minutes
Salt and pepper the sliders
Horseradish Avo Cream
In a small bowl mash the avocado flesh with the horseradish
Putting it all together
Add the sliders to the buns
Smear the top of the bun with the avocado cream

Outra sugestão.

Sendo este um prato tipicamente vegetariano, optaria pela forma simples de "búrgueres, já que "ham" pode ser (erroneamente) confundido com carne ;) Nos restaurantes e livros de culinária vegetarianos que eu conheço, nunca ou raramente usam "hambúrguer".

Na minha opinião, o mais próximo é "mini-hambúrguer de beterraba". Considerando que já se espera que um hambúrguer seja frito/grelhado, acho dispensável essa informação em português. Ao buscar por produtos similares no Google, dificilmente aparece a informação de "grelhado/frito". Em relação ao hífen, o mesmo existe pois a segunda palavra começa com H, conforme o novo acordo ortográfico.
