A 'wiring loom' is basically a bundle of wires all run together (aka a harness) — whence the term 'faisceau'. 'Lighting' here of course probably doesn't really mean 'illumination' in the sense of say stage lighting, but rather, the vehicle lights; presumably at least headlamps, but your wider context might give more information that would allow you to narrow it down, in which case, you might be able to be more specific — whether or not it has full road-legal lights like a car, for example...
