English term or phrase: replacement
I am having trouble with the following sentence:
"That this Power of Attomey shall be valid for an undetermined period of time, from the date of
signature hereof, unless if previously revoked by Grantor by notice in writing, being possible
its replacement."

I am not sure if I should use " substituição". I have never heard this ... Normally this kind of instrument mentions "sub-rogação" = "subrogate" .
I know for a fact that the original was drafted in Finish and then translated to English.

My question to the coleagues is the following:
Should I use "substituição" or is there another word for it in PT/BR?
thank you all!

Conforme o glossário jurídico de Daniel Brilhante, replacement = substituição.
