II. AUDIT

lf, during the term of the Agreement, the business policies, standard and practices which are audited are in the opinion of the auditing Party insufficient and/or if irregularities, errors or deficiencies are identified by an audit or otherwise, so that the performance of the Agreement by the audited Party in compliance with all the provisions of this Agreement is not ensured, the auditing Party shall have the right to request that corrective actions are undertaken and the audited Party shall promptly implement any such corrective actions.
