symptoms can't be objectified

Explanation:
symptoms can't be objectified as compatible with disorder on autism spectrum = when objectified, those symptoms are different from objective symptoms of disorder on autism spectrum

Explanation:
"Objetivar" is fairly common medicalese meaning 'observe' or 'idenitfy'. This answer translates the verb in its usual sense, rather than shifting the meaning to the noun.

The text is written in the present, so 'observed' fits slightly better. than 'identified'. If the report was written in the past (either tense is correct), either could be used.

Examples of Spanish in which 'observe/identify is the obvious meaning

Reference: no symptoms are observed / seen / found / detected

Reference information:
This comes up frequently in medical translation. It really means finding objective signs, but in practice you just translate is as observe or see or find; at least, that's what is usually done.

This has come up more than once before, and our colleagues specialising in medical translation are agreed:

"se objetiva (en este contexto)
seen / observed
Emma Goldsmith
"I have often seen "Se objetiva" in Spanish texts, but "objectify" isn't used in this context in English.
In plain English you can simply say: to see/observe/note"

""objetivar" means "evidenciar", or "encontrar un hallazgo perceptible (de manera objetiva)" that is, a clinical finding that anybody could see and put in words and that is not influenced by or doesn't depend on the examiner's perception."
