That additional information certainly is important. It confirms what I thought about this being connected to an insurance-backed bond. It also looks like both the "Compte de Produit de Sûretés" and the "Compte de Fonctionnement" are held by the same company. So, I think that the former would be an account set up to receive the interest due on the bond. There was a claim and the insurance company paid into that account and those monies were then transferred to the operating account. However, I am less sure about the correct names of the various sorts of account.

Now, what could be "Produits de Sûretés"?

There should be somewhere else in the ST be some clues to decide if it's

--- "Produits" in the sense of "money made from investing the collaterals"
or
--- "Produits de Sûretés" in the sense of "financial products given as collateral (for the loan)"

I'm sure that when you know the whole arrangement it's blindingly obvious, but we have only fragments as background information.

This is a credit agreement for someone to buy a whole building and then renovate it. It does not concern a rental.

As far as I can see, it's about a loan given to the buyer of the property, but a confirmation would be preferable to guessing ...
