I know what it means, but how would you express it? Inverter-powered LVMDB? UPS-fed LVMDB?

Since it says "Le Tableau Général Ondulé répondra aux mêmes spécifications techniques que le Tableau Général basse Tension (TGBT), décrit ci-dessus.", I assume that the TGBT ondulé is a separate board fed solely by a UPS.

maintained LVMDB
Explanation:
Personally, I wouldn't use LVMDB, my regular version is MLVS (Main Low-Voltage Switchboard); however, that's not the crux of your question!

In places like hotels, hospitals, boradcasts, computer centres, etc., we generally talk about a 'maintained' supply — it is 'maintained' in the case of a power cut.

Exactly how it is maintained need not be specified, and is probably better not, since the FR are a bit naughty, often using 'ondulé' (which specifically implies an invertor-type UPS) for any kind of maintained supply (e.g. might use a diesel generating set!)

Notes to answerer
Asker: Tony, "fidèle au poste" as usual! Thanks very much. Yes, I hesitated between LVMDB and MLVS, used the latter then replaced by the former. I will now avail myself of your wisdom and go back to MLVS. Thanks too for the naughty FR info.
