As migas são um prato típico de algumas regiões da Península Ibérica, principalmente do centro e do sul, nomeadamente do Alentejo, em Portugal, e da Mancha, Múrcia, Andaluzia, Estremadura e Aragão, em Espanha. As migas são confecionadas à base de pão, mas também existem migas de batata no Alentejo e de farinha. É um prato muito associado aos pastores, que faziam para aproveitar as sobras de pão duro. A sugestão de hoje é desta receita de migas que me enviaram, migas de pão alentejano.
