Order and arrest warrant If the convicted person summoned properly does not report to the Correctional Facility and does not submit an application for stay of execution to serve the imprisonment sentence or legal means have come to an end, then the court orders for the convicted person to be brought in by force.16 This order is sent to competent police station for execution. When the convicted person is captured by police, he or she immediately is sent to the Correctional Facility to serve the sentence. In this case, police will inform the court on execution of the order and the court will remove the case from the Esp. registry. If police cannot execute the order because the convicted person is hiding or in flight, it notifies the court in writing. Following notification by police, the court orders to announce a warrant arrest 17. The warrant arrest is sent to the competent police station and thereafter it is distributed to all border points in the country.
