Su "ego" o su "eguito"... bastante grandecito... ¿No es así, DiEGuitO?

No, que nadie piense que me refiero a Maradona...

Las opciones aportadas me parecen bien, pero creo que le añadiría el "ya de por sí"... para darle un poquito de retintín a la expresión.
