earned, czyli w zależności od tego ile pracował i ile dni urlopu za ile dni pracy przysluguje, ale IMO w naszych warunkach mówimy po prostu o wymiarze urlopu przysługującego pracownikowi - choć u nas zależy raczej od stażu pracy i innych czynników.
