accordance with App. R. 22(E), shall be considered the date of entry of the judgment being appealed. If the appeal is a claimed appeal of right or a discretionary appeal, the appellant shall also file a memorandum in support of jurisdiction, in accordance with S. Ct. Prac. R. III, at the time the notice of appeal is filed.

En sentencias dictadas por tribunales de Estados Unidos he visto que usan “entry of judgment”, “judgment entry”, o simplemente “entry”, en el mismo sentido que se usa “registro de la sentencia” en los tribunales venezolanos.

Entry of Judgment

Entry of judgment happens when a court judgment is written into the official court records by the court clerk or when it is filed with the appropriate official. The date of entry of judgment is important because usually the time period for filing the paper indicating the intent to appeal is calculated from the date of entry of judgment. Likewise some states require that an individual has to wait for a certain period of time after entry of judgment of divorce before remarrying.

(A) Perfection of Appeal.

One other thing, is there a sentence established by the court? I'm assuming there is, since they mention the conditions of the post-release supervision.

So if the judgment is on the guilty plea, this means that the judge is allowing the guilty plea under the conditions agreed upon by the parties. In other words, the defendant admits to the facts as alleged in the information and the judge decides whether this admission is legal based on the law. Would this be the judgment entry?
