Explanation:
El término completo es "shaft axis", en mi opinión.
Desde el punto de vista técnico la excéntrica es, básicamente, un disco (rueda) dotado de dos ejes: Eje de giro y el excéntrico. Por tanto, se distinguen en ella tres partes claramente diferenciadas:

El disco, sobre el que se sitúan los dos ejes.

El eje de giro, que está situado en el punto central del disco (o rueda ) y es el que guía su movimiento giratorio .

El eje excéntrico, que está situado paralelo al anterior pero a una cierta distancia (Radio) de él.
