Este término hace referencia a una escena que se representa en un crucero y que muestra el momento en el que Cristo es recogido de la cruz.

"DESCLAVADO DE QUINTÁNS DE BERRIMES
Datado en 1889, es uno de los cruceros más vistosos del municipio de Lousame. Representa a José de Arimatea y Nicodemo en lo alto de la cruz recogiendo el cuerpo de Cristo, con la Virgen María de rodillas. Fue obra de un escultor nombrado por Castelao como el “Vello Santeiro de Chave”, uno de los pocos canteros de los que ha trascendido su identidad y perteneciente a una larga tradición de canteros del lugar de Chave, en Lousame."
