La phrase a été traduite comme suit:

Le contractant sera responsable de l’assistance technique et du renforcement des capacités des communes de xxx et de l’Union pour la gestion des déchets solides de l’administration provinciale spéciale.

Asker: Thanks BD Finch but I beg to differ, Ted translations should not always be regarded as authoritative. I can't make sense of the "Union" part in the translation, even that of the ref provided
