No sé cómo traducir este término. He localizado varias opciones como "procession", "religious pilgrimage" o incluso "festival" pero no explican el concepto de esta palabra que es una peregrinación hasta un sitio religioso importante y la fiesta que se celebra posteriormente. ¿Se os ocurre alguna opción?

Dejo algunos ejemplos de los documentos que tengo que traducir.

agree  Claire Ziamandanis: 'festival' is the best generic choice. If, as AllegroTrans suggests, you keep 'romería' as a proper noun, by explaining it once and then using 'romería' elsewhere you present the exotic throughout. Not a bad option.
