Explanation:
No se cual es el contexto pero al indicar botellas, podría tratarse de camaras artificiales donde almacenar vino, cerveza, etc.
He encontrado alguna referencia a "caves" en el sentido de cámaras construidas con objeto de madurar queso; con respecto al vino hay alguna referencia donde aparece cave con la acepción de bodega, vitrina.
