Measuring boom Explanation: I never heard of "measuring gallow", what sounds strange to me. I would use "boom" or similar in English. instrumentation carrier /nstrumentation arm Explanation: The only thing I can imagine here is some kind of carrier system or arm for testing instrumentation or equipment that can be swung out/positioned over the test "candidate".
