Non sono sicurissima, ma un collega mi ha suggerito quanto segue:

-- E' quasi sicuramente un "commutatore ad ugello/a bocchetto". Multinazionale o no, il termine migliore poteva essere "nozzle actuator". E' una sorta di pistola pneumatica: l'ugello sembra un manicotto rientrante che attiva/disattiva il meccanismo pnuematico rivettante. --

Allora vista la spiegazione io lo chiamerei "boccola di attivazione" visto che trigger puoi risolverlo così.

Avrei un immagine, ma non so come fare a postarla qui. Il termine "boccola" mi convince di più di "manicotto", in quanto dalla figura è un elemento rigido che si trova nella punta della testata della pistola rivettatrice, il quale una volta compresso contro il pezzo in lavorazione aziona la rivettatrice come se fosse stato premuto il grilletto di azionamento e piazza il rivetto.
Più di così non so che altro dire.

il "trigger slleve", come ho scritto prima, non si trova accanto al grilletto, ma nella punta della testata.

Installing a blind rivet

• Ensure that the mandrel collector is fitted.
• Insert rivet mandrel into the nose tip.
The vacuum system will retain the rivet in the nose piece.
• Position the tool with the rivet to the work piece so that the protruding rivet enters squarely into the hole in the work piece.
• Ensure sensitive nose equipment is at right angle (90°) to the work piece.
• Depress the trigger sleeve (1) against the work piece until the rivet is fully located into the hole in the work-piece.
• The tool will then actuate automatically when the trigger sleeve (1) is fully depressed and rivet is positioned correctly in the work piece.
• The tool will cycle and place the rivet.
• When the rivet has been set completely, remove the trigger sleeve (1) away from the work piece.
