doble suelo Explanation: Específicamente para el BSID creo que es mejor utilizar "suelo" (basal) y "techo" (ceiling), porque son las que manejan ellos en la traducción de Pearson (mira la referencia que te dejé). En cuanto al doble suelo, se refiere a cuando ya has establecido un suelo según la regla determinada de esta prueba (por ejemplo, el niño puntuó bien 3 veces seguidas), pero el niño falla el siguiente ítem, para a continuación volver a puntuar bien 3 veces seguidas, es decir, estableces otro suelo. Lo que te dice el texto, es que en este caso, solo tengas en cuenta este último suelo y no el primero. Aquí lo explican bien (aunque no referida a esta prueba específicamente): "The order of administration of items is flexible; however, a child must receive credit for three consecutive items in each scale in order to achieve a basal. If a double basal score occurs (e.g., if a child receives three consecutive credits then a no-credit then three consecutive credits), consider the basal at the higher level to be the true basal.
