I am proofreading a translation on a temperature regulation system (Patent).

The term in question was translated as

"festen elektrischen Schaltungsvorrichtungen", which return 0 google hits.

I have a suspicion that the source is supposed to say " solid-state electric circuit devices" as I can find nothing to "solid electric circuit devices" either.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
